Ok, don't ask me why I've popped it into Grease mode [by the way, Less Than Jake's album Greased is a musical masterpiece], but this blog is the bomb diggity y'all. The template is dark, organized, and scrumptious. OH YES! I said scrumptious! There seems to be a myth in blog land that a dark template with a light text is a faux pas; however, I'd like to officially debunk that theory: *kicks that theory's ass*. Today's blog is a prime example of how you can have a dark background, light text, and not compromise the readability. That's right folks, today's blog exhibit's designer styling, all the while remaining completely practical. Note the links at the top that make for a an uncluttered sidebar, pay attention to the header image that exhibits personality and something about the author, and notice that a three column blog is a fantastic layout choice when done right, as it is here.
The content is also delicious. It's all over the place, which is fantastic for my ADD-"I have the attention span of a fruit fly" self. He has the PC-Mac commercials that everyone, and I do really mean everyone, gets a kick out of. The author is the cohost of an online radio station which I will now have to start listening to, because ladies and gentlman I have a confession: I am in bloggy love.
So, to whatever-the-fuck your name is, I say to you:
